GOOD DOG

For some reason we missed the bus this morning. I think it must have been set on "STEALTH" since none of us heard it--and that includes Abbey who is always willing to let us know that the bus has arrived. Since i had to take Alex to school anyway--Abbey went along for the ride and got to meet Alex' friends at school. Never was there a more happy dog--she loves kids and was in dog heaven being doted over. They all took turns walking her--which Alex was a little bent out of shape having to give up his turn, but did it with a smile on his face. She is such a great dog with kids and loves the attention they were all willing to give her. Alex is always talking about his dog--it is the one sign that he does on his own and does well. I think that i have provided the conversation for the class for the remainder of the day.
