WEIGH too much

I guess i better get this posted before it gets much later. Thanks to my friend Mindy i will be weighing and measuring my food for the next week or so.
Like her, I am going to participate in a grad study on nutrition/exercise. In meeting about it today i realized how being accountable to someone for the things I put in my mouth has me thinking twice about what i am willing to put in. Although it would be good for me to be "better" I figure i might as well eat like i normally do and then have all the data evaluated to find where i could make the best changes. We had to fill out a questionnaire and pretty much i found that i love food. I don't think i am an emotional eater but i am not willing to give up much by way of flavor. It also got me thinking about my exercise or lack of it--i need to find a way to improve in that area--something to think about if nothing else.

ya know, you look good. I have been 210 lbs for 10 years with meno pause. I often wonder why the word breaked down, MEN-O-Pause. What does men have to do with it anyway??? LOL
Ok, so therefore we have had 3 memberships to the multi-generational center and I tone but, no weighloss, Get the paper route, feel ever so much more healthier and muscle usage is 100% in action, but, no wiegh loss.
Fact-the hormones I take, won't let me lose, once I get off some day, I hope soon, the it will be better for my weight.
But, I feel good(except tired with my sleep pattern change) so that is a good thing. I have had three children also, and look at you, 5 children, you look wondeful, really!

Hey I am looking for more clear stamp jacket things to put the stamps on? Oops, can't think of what I am talking about. Do you think Techique Tuesday does online orders? I was thinking of purchasing these in bulk since I have sooooooooooooooo many wooden stamps(I traded my friend for AVon for them)oops. Got a drawer full but, i know loads more people, have a lot more.

Ok, well take care

FUN! I have been doing a boot camp for 8 weeks now and keep a food diary. I am counting starches, proteins, veg., fruit, milk and fat. And I am loving it. I don;'t weigh my portions but estimate. I've thought about weighing them but I just am a little too much of a perfectionist. Anyway. Can't wait to hear what you learn. Sounds very cool.

I've changed everything I do with my excercise and eating lately. i got a personal trainer and I am at the gym every day. It is kinda ridiculous. I have been eating sooo good. BE PROUD you will understand how ridiculously hard it is.
